How does Integra work?
We are responsible for all payroll taxes, workers compensation and legal liabilities. Our entire staff is screened before placement, options not limited to: Drug, Credit & Background. We offer a wide range of services including seasonal help, temporary to permanent, staffing, insourcing, outsourcing, and direct placement. We can personalize any service to meet your individual needs.
How much will it cost?
We bill one hourly rate. You set the pay rate for the employee(s) that you want and the bill rate is derived from that based off of an agreed percentage before placement. The billed hourly rate covers Employee pay rate, all costs of overhead expenses and taxes, including Federal & State taxes, Workers' Compensation insurance, Medical/ Dental/Vision Insurance, all pre-screening, training and administrative filing fees. Ultimately streamlining all HR/ Accounting functions.
