Amy Murrell – Senior Recruiter
Amy was born and raised in Columbus, GA. She joined the Integra team in 2015 with over 10 years of office experience that includes 5 years of recruiting experience as well as being an on-site manager. She loves to help people and will do so anyway she can. During her free time she enjoys fishing on the lake with her friends and spending quality time with her family.
Melanie Ponder – Staffing Recruiter
Originally from Gadsden, AL She moved to the Columbus, Ga area in 2012. She has 14 years of customer service experience with 2 years being in property management. She has been married to her husband, Brandon for over 10 years. She has two children, Landon who is 10 years old and Reese that is 15.She loves to listen to music, do anything outdoors and watch Alabama football.
Tera Huntsman- Staffing Recruiter
Tera was born in Denver and raised in Colorado Springs. She moved to Columbus with her fiancé in December of 2017. She has a BA from the University of Colorado, and 9 years customer service experience. In her free time Tera loves camping, spending time with her two dogs, and watching the Denver Broncos.
Shannon Smith - Recruiter
Shannon is originally from Clearwater, Florida. She moved to the Columbus, Ga area in 1994. Shannon has 20 years of Office Management experience with 15 years being in the automotive industry. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, camping, and watching her daughter play softball.
Meet Our Albany, GA Staff
Tami Fryer – Controller
Tami graduated from Terrell Academy and received her Computer/Clerical Degree from Riley Technical College. She has over 20 years office experience and over 15 years accounting/bookkeeping experience. Tami joined Integra in March of 2010 as a Customer Service Representative and worked her way up to payroll clerk then to head of the payroll department. She has been instrumental in putting procedures in place to make payroll run more efficient than it ever has. Tami enjoys spending her spare time with her children, Joey and Eden, her mom, friends and her cats.
Stanley Clay – Regional Manager
Stanley Joined the Integra Team March of 2014 with Over 30 years of Management Experience; including 20 years in the staffing industry. His extraordinary skills include but are not limited to Marketing, Developing, & Training New Business Ventures and Staffing Territories.
Planning, Budgeting, & Execution of New Projects. Stan has been married to his Beautiful wife Karen for 29yrs and has two handsome sons Stedman and Jeremy.
Natasha Bridges – Assistant Controller
Natasha Bridges joined Integra Business Alternatives in October of 2006, and she was an obvious shining star when Integra discovered her. Because of her professional drive and incredible ability to interact with people, she is a perfect match to the mission of Integra Business Alternatives. Her personality, drive and incredible ability to assess people is critical to our mission of connecting people with the right employer. In addition to her extensive general administrative skills, she brings over 10 years of local, professional, customer and civic service to Integra Business. Her local presence adds an invaluable aspect to Integra and the service that we provide to our local clientele. Her dedicated work ethic, delightful personality and unbelievable energy makes her an inspiration to all she works with.When not performing for Integra Business, Natasha enjoys the beach, shopping, and spending time with her family, especially her teenager, Ty’Yonna and her new addition Christian.
Amber Avera – Benefits Coordinator
Amber Joined Integra in August of 2016. She started out as a recruiter then moved to a benefits coordinator position. She has experience in production, customer service, sales, hospitality and real estate management. When she isn't working she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her loving family.
Halley Parrish – Recruiter
Halley joined Integra’s internal team in February 2016 as an onsite supervisor, but has been part of the Integra family since 2008. She has 10 plus years of warehouse experience and is OSHA certified. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two beautiful children, Braiden and Makayla. She also enjoys going to the beach, kayaking, and playing softball for charity.
Jo Paul - Collections Agent
Graduated from Margaret McEvoy High School in Macon, Ga. She worked for the Marine Corps Logistics Base as Stenographer and Administrative Assistant for 8 years and received two outstanding performance awards while there. She then worked for Bank of Terrell in Dawson, Ga. for 32 years and achieved status of Vice President. While there she received a degree from the American Institute of Banking. She Retired in 2000 and moved to Destin, Florida where she lived for 15 years and then moved back to Georgia and is presently working part-time for Integra Business Alternatives as Collections Agent.
Mica Baggett - Payroll Specialist
Mica has many years of retail experience and has worked doing things from driving tractors and feeding cows to weighing millions of pounds of chicken. He graduated from Georgia Southern with a B.S. in Mathematics. In his free time he enjoys seeing live music, going to the gym, and hanging out with friends. He loves to help other people.
Alia Senn - Sales Associate
She has been with Integra since 2015. She started out as a recruiter servicing the industrial and clerical customers in the southeast area. She has advanced into sales and marketing for Integra. As a member of the chamber of commerce she is involved in the community and rebuilding and bringing growth to Albany GA. She is a wife and mother with two great kids. In her spare time she enjoys going on small trips and adventures with her family.
Aaron Breazeale - Recruiter
Aaron joined Integra in April ’18 with 5+ years at Kia Motors Manufacturing of Georgia followed by almost 2 years doing disaster relief post natural disasters as a field supervisor. He displays impeccable interpersonal skills alongside with an eagerness to help others succeed. In his spare time he enjoys kayaking, traveling, beach trips, social gatherings, and seeing his daughter.
